What is Trauma Therapy?
We are passionate about this therapy and the results we know it brings! In fact, research is currently being undertaken by several medical professionals specialising in PTSD and neuro-feedback.
If you struggle with the word “trauma”, feel free to substitute the phrase “distressing events” in its place.
The trauma therapy process we engage has been proven to achieve results quickly, effectively and safely, without the need to relive any distressing events. Typically, it involves 3 sessions, and is a structured, step by step process designed to walk you through your unique issues, thereby ensuring your specific needs are met. Each session is conducted one week apart.
We work with extreme trauma and trauma related issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, fears and phobias, addictions and pain. However, this therapy is also beneficial for self-worth and self-esteem issues and much more.
Using hypnosis, we deal with the distressing events, or trauma, where it stored in the subconscious and in the body, and following the principles of the experts, we move you to an emotionally empowered position and return the body to a state of calm. Your underlying, unconscious core beliefs responsible for keeping you stuck, are collapsed to prevent any self-sabotage during and after therapy, and the emotional charge from the past is removed.
A successful outcome using this trauma therapy depends on several elements including, but not limited to, your willingness to fully engage in the process, if you are returning to a “toxic” environment, and if you have secondary benefits that have not been addressed.
If you would like to work with us to resolve your trauma related issues, we undertake an initial complementary session, completed over the telephone, or in person to ensure you are best positioned for success.
Trauma Therapy is 3 sessions of up to 2 hours duration each.
Please contact us prior to booking to arrange a complementary pre-screening consultation.
